Please Read Before Booking
Rules & Regulations
These booking guidelines help us plan your event professionally and make expectations clear for everyone.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the agreed booking fee or deposit has been received and the details have been confirmed with Mshibe Wedding Film. Bank-transfer instructions are shared privately after the event details and payment terms have been agreed in writing. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.
2. Payments
Payment amounts, due dates and the outstanding balance must be agreed in writing before the event. Verify payment instructions directly with us before transferring funds. Please retain proof of payment and confirm receipt with us.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your date. Any deposit refund, cancellation fee or rescheduling arrangement will be handled according to the terms agreed in your booking and applicable law.
4. Service Duration
Mshibe Wedding Film provides a maximum of 9 hours of service per booking day, commencing at the agreed-upon start time. Any additional hours required beyond the allocated service period will be charged at R1,500 per hour. Clients are encouraged to confirm their event schedule in advance to ensure that all important moments are captured within the agreed service duration.
5. Drone Coverage
Drone coverage is R1,500 per day as an additional service, unless a written package quotation states otherwise. Flights depend on weather, venue restrictions, airspace permissions, legal requirements and safe operating conditions. A flight cannot be guaranteed where conditions are unsafe or prohibited.
6. Images and Video Editing
The images, video format, editing scope and other deliverables will be agreed in your package or quotation. Unedited images are supplied only where included in the selected service.
7. Delivery and Collection
Delivery method and estimated completion dates will be agreed with the client. Please confirm the delivery arrangements before booking. Keep a backup of your supplied digital files.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event information, venue access and any permissions that are their responsibility. Please tell us in advance about important moments, family photographs and any restrictions at the venue.
9. Digital Invitations
Clients should carefully check names, dates, times, addresses and other event information before approving an invitation. Changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee.
10. Sound System
Sound system arrangements, venue access, setup times and power availability should be confirmed before the event.
11. Unforeseen Circumstances
We will communicate as promptly as possible if unexpected circumstances affect the service. Any alternative arrangements or remedies will be discussed in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.
12. Agreement
Confirm the final package, costs, coverage hours and all additional services in writing before making payment. These guidelines do not remove any rights provided by applicable law.
